Description
The Seror consist of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and ‘Syrah’. The wine has a medium-high fruit concentration, with a delicate balanced of wood and a pleasant harmony in the palate of a young tannin. The wine will be accompanied by spicy foods, casserole dishes and light cheeses.
