I wish to get calls to my original number received to the Israeli number, is it possible?
It’s possible! please read carefully and ensure you are following the steps, The process of forwarding calls from your origin number to the “in Touch” number may vary depending on your mobile carrier and the specific services available to you. Here is a general guide that you can follow:
Contact your Mobile Carrier:
Call your current mobile carrier’s customer service or visit their website to inquire about call forwarding options.
Confirm that your carrier supports the call forwarding Plan without any associated costs or added fees to your account.
Most of the plans has already call forwarding plan built in the plan, but better to double-check to avoid any additional fees.
Enable Call Forwarding:
Once the step above is completed, enable call forwarding on your origin number.
Depending on the type of phone you have, an iPhone for example might require you to complete different steps than Android phones.
Right before departure, once you not expect any calls to be received, follow the steps:
iPhone: Go to Settings, Phone, Scroll down to Call Forwarding, Turn on the Toggle, and enter the NEW “in Touch” Number WE have provided you.
Then Please switch the phone to Airplane Mode, and you can sleep well on your flight to Israel:)
Once arrives, Please change the SIM card to the Simpatic SIM Card, and turn off the Airplane Mode.
